Learn Over Time

The learning loop — codified. Periodically (weekly, after a milestone, or whenever you sense you've accumulated insight worth consolidating): recall recent memories, identify what you've learned, save consolidated insights, schedule follow-ups for hypotheses that need more observations, and propose updates to your own approach via `file-internal-concern` if patterns warrant it. Pairs with `onboard-as-new-agent` (which kicks the loop off) and `consolidate-memories` (which dedups the substrate).
